BlueCircuit AI Studio — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 01, 2026

BlueCircuit AI Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit https://bluecircuitstudio.com (the “Website”), use our products and services (including AI voice agents, website chat agents, and AI lead capture systems) (collectively, the “Services”), or otherwise interact with us.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

Definitions

  • “Customer Data” means any scripts, FAQs, routing rules, business policies, brand assets, prompts, recordings, lead data, and other configuration details you provide for the Services.

  • “AI Outputs” means outputs produced by automated systems, such as voice/chat responses, summaries, transcriptions, and lead routing decisions.

  • “Third-Party Services” means services not operated by us that integrate with the Services (such as CRMs, scheduling tools, telephony providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or payment processors).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information depending on how you interact with us:

A) Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact Information: name, email address, phone number, business name, role/title, and other contact details.

  • Account and Customer Support Information: communications with us, support requests, and account details (if applicable).

  • Implementation Information (Customer Data): scripts, FAQs, routing rules, business policies, prompts, brand assets, and other configuration details you provide to implement the Services.

B) Lead/Visitor Information (Processed Through Your Systems)

If you use our AI lead capture, voice, or chat systems, we may process information submitted by your leads or website visitors such as name, phone number, email, property interest, appointment preferences, and other details they choose to share.

C) Voice/Chat Interaction Data (If Enabled)

  • Call Metadata: call date/time, duration, routing outcomes, and call status.

  • Audio Recordings and Transcripts: if recording or transcription is enabled, we may process and store recordings and/or transcripts.

  • Chat Content: website chat messages, transcripts, and related routing outcomes.

Important: If your implementation involves call recording or transcription, you are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining any required consent under applicable law.

D) Technical and Usage Data

  • Device and Log Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and log files.

  • Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, clicks, referring/exit pages, approximate location (derived from IP), and performance diagnostics.

E) Payment and Transaction Data

If you purchase Services, payments are typically processed by third-party payment processors. We may receive limited transaction information (such as billing name, billing email, amount paid, and payment status), but we generally do not store full payment card numbers.

2. No SMS/Text Messaging Services

BlueCircuit AI Studio does not provide SMS/text messaging services at this time. If a phone number is collected, it is typically for voice calling workflows, lead contact, account communications, or implementation needs — not for SMS marketing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Website and Services.

  • Implement and configure AI voice agents, chat agents, and lead capture systems based on your requested workflows and business rules.

  • Process and route communications (calls/chats) and generate outputs such as summaries, transcripts, or lead-routing decisions where enabled.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

  • Send service-related communications (onboarding, billing notices, operational updates, security alerts).

  • Improve and secure our Services (troubleshooting, debugging, quality assurance, analytics, and performance monitoring).

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We may also create aggregated or de-identified data to improve operations, analytics, and service performance. Where required by law, we will maintain and use de-identified data in de-identified form.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

A) Service Providers and Vendors

We may share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Services (for example: hosting, cloud infrastructure, telephony providers, analytics tools, customer support systems, scheduling tools, CRM integrations, and payment processors). These vendors may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.

B) Integrations You Enable

If you connect Third-Party Services (such as CRMs or scheduling tools), we may share information as necessary to support those integrations and your configured workflows.

C) Legal and Safety

We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or enforce our Terms of Service.

D) Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

E) With Your Direction or Consent

We may share information when you instruct us to do so or give consent.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We also do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes unless you request or authorize it. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Business Customers vs. Leads/Visitors (Important)

If you are a business customer, you may collect or process lead/visitor information using the Services. In those situations:

  • you may be responsible for providing privacy notices to your leads/visitors and responding to their privacy requests under applicable law; and

  • BlueCircuit AI Studio may process lead/visitor information on your behalf to deliver the Services based on your configured workflows.

If you are a lead/visitor interacting with a business customer’s AI voice or chat experience, questions about how that business uses your information should be directed to that business first. We can assist the business customer as appropriate based on configuration and any applicable agreements.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • remember preferences,

  • understand Website usage,

  • improve performance and functionality, and

  • support analytics and security.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain Website features.

Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT, we do not respond to DNT signals.

8. Sensitive Information (Important)

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our Services unless explicitly requested and approved in writing. This includes Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, health information, or account passwords. If sensitive information is provided to us, it is provided at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and appropriate notices/consents.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide and maintain the Services,

  • meet contractual obligations,

  • resolve disputes,

  • enforce agreements,

  • comply with legal requirements, and

  • maintain backups and security records.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and your implementation. If recording or transcription is enabled, recordings/transcripts may be retained according to configuration, operational needs, and applicable legal requirements.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you,

  • request correction of inaccurate information,

  • request deletion of certain information,

  • object to or restrict certain processing, and/or

  • withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis (if applicable).

To submit a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

11. State Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Some U.S. states provide residents with additional privacy rights (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah). Where applicable, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we maintain about you,

  • request deletion of certain personal information,

  • request correction of inaccurate personal information,

  • opt out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising), and/or

  • obtain information about our data practices.

How to exercise your rights: Submit a request using the contact information in Section 14. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
Authorized agents: Where permitted by law, you may use an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, subject to verification and proof of authorization.
Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

12. International Visitors and Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Website or Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, and those locations may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our Website and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

14. Third-Party Links

The Website or Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website and will be effective as of the “Effective Date” listed above (or as otherwise stated in the update). Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
