Service, Cancellation & Refund Policy

BlueCircuit AI Studio provides custom digital marketing, content, website review, and business support services. Because many services involve customized work created specifically for each client, the following service, cancellation, and refund terms apply.

Service Purchases

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After purchase, clients may be asked to provide business information, brand preferences, account details, website links, content, images, or other materials needed to complete the selected service.

Project timelines begin once BlueCircuit AI Studio has received the information and materials reasonably needed to begin the work.

Delays in providing requested information, approvals, feedback, or account access may extend the delivery timeline.

Small Business Content Sprint

The Small Business Content Sprint is a one-time custom content service that includes:

  • 5 custom branded social media posts

  • Captions for all 5 branded posts

  • Refreshed business/social profile wording

  • 1 additional promotional post with caption

  • 6 total ready-to-use social media posts

Clients may cancel for a full refund before work has begun.

Once BlueCircuit AI Studio has begun research, planning, writing, design, or other work related to the Content Sprint, the purchase becomes non-refundable because customized services have already begun.

Website & Online Presence Audit

The Website & Online Presence Audit is a professional review and strategy service.

The service may include review of website messaging, calls to action, navigation, customer flow, credibility, visual presentation, mobile presentation, contact or booking flow, and other relevant areas of the client's online presence.

The client receives a written improvement plan with prioritized recommendations.

This service does not include website redesign, coding, rebuilding, backend changes, or implementation unless separately purchased or agreed upon.

Clients may cancel for a full refund before the audit has begun.

Once BlueCircuit AI Studio has begun reviewing the client's website, online profiles, or related materials, the audit becomes non-refundable.

Monthly Content Management

Monthly Content Management provides ongoing custom content support and may include:

  • 30 custom branded social media posts per month

  • Captions

  • Relevant hashtags

  • Instagram and Facebook content

  • Promotional content incorporated into the monthly content plan

  • Scheduling and publishing

  • Client review and approval

  • One batch revision round per month

The 30-post monthly content library may be distributed across agreed-upon platforms. It does not represent 30 unique Instagram posts plus an additional 30 unique Facebook posts unless separately agreed upon.

Clients may cancel Monthly Content Management at any time before the next billing cycle begins to prevent the next month's charge.

Payments for a monthly service period that has already begun are non-refundable and are not prorated, since planning, content development, scheduling, and other work may begin at the start of each service cycle.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not cancel work already purchased for the current paid service period.

Revisions

Services include only the revisions specifically stated in the product description or service agreement.

Additional revisions, major changes in direction, new concepts, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

A revision request does not restart the project or create a new deliverable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Approval

When client approval is included, BlueCircuit AI Studio will provide the client an opportunity to review applicable work before final delivery or publishing.

Once content has been approved by the client, BlueCircuit AI Studio is not responsible for errors or changes that were approved by the client prior to publication.

Client Delays

Failure to provide requested information, materials, feedback, approvals, or access does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

Projects delayed by the client may be placed on hold until the necessary information is received.

Digital and Custom Services

BlueCircuit AI Studio primarily provides customized digital services rather than physical goods.

Because time, strategy, research, writing, design, and other professional services may be performed before final delivery, completed work and work already in progress are generally not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

Refunds are available when:

  • A qualifying service is canceled before work has begun; or

  • BlueCircuit AI Studio is unable to provide a purchased service and no reasonable alternative arrangement is accepted.

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • Work has already begun;

  • Custom content, research, strategy, design, or analysis has been completed;

  • A client changes their mind after work begins;

  • A client fails to provide necessary information or feedback;

  • A completed service has already been delivered;

  • A monthly service cycle has already begun; or

  • The client is dissatisfied with subjective creative preferences after the agreed-upon service and included revisions have been provided.

Any exception to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of BlueCircuit AI Studio.

BlueCircuit AI Studio provides professional content, strategy, audits, and digital support services. Specific business results, sales, leads, engagement, website traffic, rankings, or revenue cannot be guaranteed.
